Omega introduced the Speedmaster 38 in 2017. At the time, the most popular model was the “cappuccino,” with a cream dial and brown oval sub-dials.
Fast forward to today, seven years later, Omega is updating the collection by introducing new models in various configurations. These watches feature a diamond-set bezel (1.5 carats), diamond-ringed sub-dials, and a diamond-set crown.
Two Sedna Gold (Omega’s rose gold) models feature brown PVD dials with silver sub-dials. Diamond-polished Sedna Gold hands with Super-LumiNova complete the design. Buyers can choose between a brown leather strap with a Sedna Gold clasp or a full Sedna Gold bracelet.
Two Moonshine Gold (Omega’s paler yellow gold achieved by using silver and palladium) models feature a green PVD dial, similar to the one found on the 42mm Speedmaster professional. Silvery sub-dials, with their diamond-polished finish, add contrast to the Moonshine Gold hands. Once again, buyers can choose between a green leather strap with a Moonshine Gold folding clasp or a full-gold bracelet.
Four new Speedmaster 38 models arrive in stainless steel with brown or green PVD dials. Buyers can pick a stainless steel bracelet or leather strap with a folding clasp.
The Speedmaster 38 is powered by Omega’s reliable Calibre 3330, a COSC-certified chronometer movement with a 52-hour power reserve.
