Credor Eichi II 50th Anniversary Special Edition

In 2008, Credor debuted the Eichi, a refined 35mm dress watch featuring a power reserve indicator at 10 o’clock. Six years later, the Eichi II took the stage, boasting a cleaner dial by relocating the indicator to the back of the watch. The case size also received a contemporary update, growing to a more popular 39mm diameter while maintaining a comfortable 10.3mm thickness.

The hand-winding, hand-finished Spring Drive caliber 7R14 powers the Eichi II.

The special celebratory Credor Echi II is almost identical to the platinum and rose gold versions. It shares the dark blue kiln-fired porcelain domed dial, called ruri (瑠璃), Japanese for ”lapis lazuli.”, found on the platinum version.

The case is made in 18K yellow gold for the anniversary edition.

In addition, the watchmaker incorporates a special touch - ruri-kinsai. This traditional technique involves applying gold leaf to the dial markings, resulting in a luxurious metallic effect.

A discreet detail commemorates the anniversary on the dial. The usual hour marker at 12 o’clock is replaced with the Credor logo, adding a touch of brand heritage.
