Omega debuts two new bicolor Speedmaster Moonwatch Models. These timepieces showcase the brand’s signature 18-karat gold alloys: Moonshine (yellow) and Sedna (rose) Gold.
While the Speedmaster Professional boasts a rich history with two-tone variations since 1983, the current collection lacked this option. Indeed, since the Speedmaster Professional Tokyo 2020 Limited Edition was released in 2018, there have yet to be any two-tone variations in the collection.
The Moonshine Gold version features a silver sunray dial with matching Moonshine Gold subdials. In contrast, the Sedna Gold model boasts a sleek PVD-coated dial in the same warm rose gold hue, complementing the Sedna Gold subdials. Both of these new Moonwatches have ceramic Ceragold bezels.
Other than the material and color, those are the same Moonswatch as usual, which means a 42mm case on a bracelet with gold center links, sapphire crystal, and caseback, using Omega’s manually-wound Master Chronometer caliber 3861.
